I know that customer service is going to heck but calling 911 is still a bit extreme.  A man was upset that they did not put the correct sauce on his sub sandwich so he called 911.  You know, 911, what you call if say someone is breaking into your house, or your house is on fire or you're been in a car accident - NOT who you call if the fast food joint gets the order wrong.  For the uninformed what you do if they get your order wrong is ask to talk to the manager.  If ...
