I have been reborn and I am now a strong warrior woman. These are my stories.

Scope a guys size...without getting busted, a Cosmo girl always does her homework.  So if you prefer a well-endowed dude, it pays to know what manpower he's packing.

page 210 - September 2008 issue

Honestly, what the heck is Cosmo thinking.  I don't know if this is supposed to be cute, or a joke, or tongue in cheek but I think it's ridiculous on so many levels.  Okay now Method A is the eye try.  I guess if you want directions on how to look at a guys package - fine.  It's just looking.  Crass, inappropriate, unclassy but semi-acceptable.

But Method B - the FEEL TEST?  I can't even imagine the howls of rage and protest that would go up is Maxim had an article on how to feel a girl up.  I would think it would be called sexual abuse.   Why is the opposite appropriate?  This is just so ridiculous.  I can't imagine that someone thought this was appropriate but even more ridiculous is how many people this had to get past to get in the magazine.

Newsflash Cosmo women groping men is just as wrong as men groping women.  We've come a long way baby.  Now we can be just as pervy and skeevy as men.  Cosmo taught me how.  Stay classy Cosmo.  Ick.  Yuck.  and Gross.

Warrior Women aren't supposed to be reading Cosmo!  I'm afraid I'm going to have to report this to your Chieftan...err Chieftess...uh...

The difference between men and women in this regard, is that a lot of guys probably wouldn't mind.  Heck, half of em would probably whip it out on request.  Sadly, they didn't even take into consideration the difference between "growers" and "show-ers."  If women really want to figure out a man's performance size, they'll have to do a little more than take a cursory feel.

Sad to see Cosmo being so shallow.  Considering many men's history of the same, I guess they really are into equality after all.

I've been over Cosmo for a little while now. I enjoyed it for a long time, but I'm at the point in my life where very little of it is relevant and it seems to be targeting late-teens to early-twenties (who think they are late teens) and not someone with a house, a husband, 3.5 kids, grey hairs, and back fat, LOL.

I would much rather know how to get stains out or what shaping wear to use to suck my fat in or what new research into child development is saying than 101 redundant ways to thrill a man in bed (because most every new great tip they have is incredibly old news and has been put into practice by millions of women for thousands of years).

I agree with the points you made, but I also think Cosmo is furthering a misunderstanding about women's bodies and women's pleasure. Finding the guy with the biggest "bulge" in his pants is definitely not a successful way to pick out a man who is going to be a good or satisfying lover.

Cosmo has always been horribly superficial (while pretending to have something to say about politics and women's issues), but it DOES seem like it's devolved.

Nice article, Boudica. You always find interesting topics to discuss.

+1 to your assertion, my friend. Ri-'dick'-ulous.

I know I was in the mood for some fluff and grabbed it at the store. It didn't take long to get a reminder of why warrior women don't read Cosmo...they read Bust.

I just can't imagine that a guy would want to be groped. I guess I'm wrong. I mean you're a guy and I'm not so I'll take your word for it.

It's not the size of the wave, it's the motion of the ocean? - lol.

Sometimes I wonder how low it can go. Who are these women that want to cop a feel? I just can't even imagine. I would seriously die of embarrassment. There aren't enough Margaritas in the world that I would ever consider grabbing a man like that. I always think I'm not a prude but things like this make me realize that I am a little prudish.

So you wouldn't be all about some woman casually feeling you up?

Not really a matter of "want"...it's more like don't give a damn. If a woman came up and grabbed my crotch I'd just look her square in the eye and say "Now that you've got it, what are you going to do with it? If the answer is "nothing," then if you don't mind, I was having a conversation..."

Dick size is important stuff.

I try to elevate the conversations around here - lol.

You need to grope the conversations to elevate them

Want sex tips? Try the kama sutra. It was written a LONG time ago and isn't full of stupid shallow bitches trying to sell you stuff you don't need and doesn't work anyway.

It this weren't so sad, it would be hilarious.  As for men liking being groped, well I have to say it would depend on the circumstances.  The very few times I've been groped by a stranger has been in nightclubs, when the girls in question are so drunk and/or out of it, the whole incident was unsexy and, if anything, a turn off.

hahahaha.

I can honestly say I've NEVER read Cosmo.  Couldn't afford it as a teen.  Too busy in my early 20's...and  by the time I was old enough to notice, I was into other things.

My favorite Magazine is "This Old House."  Its about homes built 100 years ago..it is about any home that's not new....and there is so much good info in there, from flooring, to moldings, to whatever...I love it!
